Everything about RocketCampaign — the client-work hub.
RocketCampaign is a workspace where you run client work: projects with chronological timelines, meeting notes, tasks with due dates, a private document vault (records), a client directory, and optional email + AI integrations — all organized so any piece of work can be traced end-to-end, like a paper trail.
Freelancers, agencies, consultants and small teams who juggle multiple clients and need a clean record of every project: what was agreed, what was done, which document belongs where, and what was said — searchable in one place.
Yes, during the launch period the Service is free. If paid plans are introduced later, existing core features will be announced clearly before any change. AI features use your own API key, so AI costs are billed to you by your chosen provider — never by us.
A workspace is a private container with its own projects, clients, records, members and activity. You can belong to several (e.g. one per business or per team) and switch between them. Data never crosses workspaces.
Every note, task, uploaded document and filed email that belongs to a project appears on its timeline in chronological order — a single, auditable story of that client's work instead of scattered emails and folders.
Records are your document vault: contracts, invoices, receipts and other files, categorized and attachable to projects. Uploads are stored privately (never publicly reachable) and can only be downloaded by your workspace's members. Optionally, AI can extract structured metadata — vendor, amount, date, invoice number — from documents.
Tasks can belong to a project or stand alone, be assigned to any workspace member, and carry due dates (overdue ones are flagged). There's even a one-click tool that uses AI to mine your notes for action items and turn them into tasks.
Yes — invite teammates by email link and assign roles: admin (manage members and projects), member (work on content), viewer (read-only). Every change lands in the workspace activity feed.
The Mail Hub lets you read your inbox inside RocketCampaign, send email as yourself, and — the key feature — file any message onto a project timeline so correspondence becomes part of that project's record. AI can suggest the right project automatically.
No. Email connections are entirely optional, and everything else in the product works without them. Connect only if you want the filing and in-app inbox features.
Yes — connect a Gmail and an Outlook/Office mailbox side by side, and disconnect either at any time from Settings. Disconnecting (or revoking at Google/Microsoft) deletes the stored connection tokens within 24 hours.
Never. Mailbox access exists only for the features above — read, send, file. No advertising, no profiling, no selling data, no AI training. See our Privacy Policy §6.
You bring your own API key (OpenAI, Z.AI or Anthropic) in Settings. The assistant then answers questions about your workspace — "what's due this week?", "summarize project #2", "draft a reply to this client" — grounded in your actual projects, tasks, notes, records and filed email. It can also auto-tag notes, extract invoice data from records, and suggest filings for emails.
Transparency and control: you pay the provider directly at cost, your usage follows your agreement with them, and we never mark it up. Your key is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and is never shown again after saving. No key configured = no AI calls at all.
Treat it as a capable assistant, not an authority: summaries and drafts may contain mistakes. Review anything important — especially client-facing text — before acting on it.
Only the members you (or your workspace admins) invite, according to their role. Workspaces are isolated from each other, and uploads are stored with randomized names outside public paths — there is no public URL to guess or leak.
Passwords are bcrypt-hashed; sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies; every form is CSRF-protected; OAuth tokens and AI keys are encrypted at rest; sign-ins and token events are audit-logged. Full details in the Privacy Policy §11.
Yes. Per-project export covers your Content, and we provide full account export or deletion on request via Support — completed within 30 days. Individual items can be deleted in place anytime.
Contact Support from your account email and we'll help you regain access. If you signed up via Google or Microsoft, simply use the same provider button to log back in.
Describe it at Support — what you did, what you expected, and what happened. Include the workspace name and page. We respond by email.
