Terms of Service
Effective: October 7, 2026 · Governs https://rocketcampaign.net and all RocketCampaign workspaces
1. Agreement & definitions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and
RocketCampaign ("we", "us") governing your access to and use of the RocketCampaignclient-work hub — the web application at https://rocketcampaign.net
together with its features (collectively, the "Service").
| Term | Meaning |
| Workspace | A private container for projects, notes, tasks, records, clients and filed email, with its own members and roles. |
| Content | Anything you or your teammates create or upload: text, notes, tasks, files, client records, filed-email metadata. |
| Records | Documents you upload to a workspace's vault (contracts, invoices, receipts, etc.). |
| Mail Hub | The optional feature connecting your Gmail and/or Outlook/Office mailbox. |
| AI features | Assistant chat, summaries, extraction, tagging and filing suggestions powered by the AI provider you configure. |
2. The service
RocketCampaign lets you run client work in one place: organize projects onto timelines,
capture notes and tasks, store and categorize documents, manage client contacts, optionally
connect your own mailboxes to read/send/file correspondence, and optionally use AI assistance
over your workspace. The Service is provided via desktop and mobile web browsers.
3. Accounts & registration
- You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You may register with email+password or via Google or Microsoft sign-in. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you register and for keeping your credentials and connected accounts secure.
- One human or organization may maintain multiple workspaces; each workspace's data is separate.
- You must notify us immediately at Support of any unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law (§13).
4. Workspaces, roles & teams
- The workspace creator is its owner. Owners/admins invite members and assign roles: admin (manage projects, members, invites), member (work with content), viewer (read-only).
- Invitations are delivered as links tied to an email address; a registered user with that email joins automatically.
- You are responsible for who you invite. Members can see the workspace's content according to their role. Removing a member revokes their future access; their past actions remain in the activity history.
- If you join a workspace created by someone else, that owner/admin controls the workspace — including renaming it, managing its members, or deleting content within it.
5. Your content & ownership
- You own your Content. We claim no ownership whatsoever. These Terms give us only the limited license needed to store, reproduce (for backups/caching), and display your Content to authorized workspace members as part of operating the Service.
- You are responsible for the Content you store and for having the rights to it — including documents and correspondence you upload or file.
- We may remove Content that violates §9 or the law, or that we are required to remove by valid legal process.
- On workspace/account deletion, your Content is deleted per our Privacy Policy (§10 there).
6. Records (document uploads)
- Upload limits and allowed file types are enforced by the Service (currently 15 MB per file; common document/image/archive formats).
- Do not upload unlawful material, malware, or content that infringes others' rights.
- Files are stored privately; download links are permission-checked and never publicly guessable. Do not rely on Records as your sole backup — keep your own copies of critical documents.
- AI extraction, where you trigger it, processes document text through your chosen AI provider under §8.
7. Mail Hub (Gmail & Outlook / Office)
- Connecting a mailbox is optional and revocable at any time. The Service is fully functional without it.
- When you connect Gmail (Google OAuth) or Outlook/Office (Microsoft device-code flow), you grant mail permissions to us to provide: inbox reading/search within the app, composing email as you at your initiation, and filing message metadata (subject, sender, snippet, ID) onto project timelines.
- You must only connect mailboxes you are authorized to use.
- We access connected mailboxes only to provide these features, as detailed in our Privacy Policy §6. We never sell mailbox data or use it for advertising or AI training.
- Disconnecting in Settings, or revoking access at Google/Microsoft, stops all mailbox access; stored tokens are deleted within 24 hours.
8. AI features & API keys
- AI features require your own API key from a supported provider (e.g. OpenAI, Z.AI, Anthropic). Your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them; we are not a party to it and are not responsible for their availability, output, or charges.
- Your key is stored encrypted and used solely to execute AI requests you initiate.
- AI output: AI-generated summaries, drafts, classifications and extractions may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing anything before relying on it, especially client-facing text. AI features are provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Do not paste secrets (passwords, private keys, card numbers) into AI chat.
- We may add, change, or retire AI providers/models as integrations evolve.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes, including fraud, phishing, harassment, malware distribution, or infringement of others' rights;
- store or process content you have no right to hold (e.g. stolen documents, others' private correspondence obtained without consent);
- connect mailboxes or accounts you are not authorized to access;
- attempt to access other users' data, probe or scan the infrastructure, bypass authentication or rate limits;
- scrape, resell, or overload the Service, or build a competing product from it;
- upload malware, or content that exploits or harms minors;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using features that send email or share data.
We may investigate suspected violations and involve law enforcement where legally required. We may remove content or suspend access during an investigation.
10. Fees & plans
- The Service is currently offered free of charge during its launch period. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, features and billing terms will be presented before any charge, and this section will be updated.
- AI usage costs are charged to you directly by your AI provider under your own account — we never mark them up or bill for them.
11. Availability & support
- We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is", without an uptime guarantee during the launch period. Maintenance, provider outages, or force majeure may interrupt it.
- Support is provided via the Support page; we respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
- Features may evolve; we may add, modify or retire functionality. If we retire a core feature, we will give reasonable notice where feasible.
12. Confidentiality
We treat your workspace Content as confidential and do not disclose it except: to you and your workspace members; to infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality obligations as needed to operate the Service; to your mail/AI providers as initiated by you; or as required by law (§15 of the Privacy Policy). If legally compelled to disclose, we will, where lawful, notify you first.
13. Termination
- By you: stop using the Service and request account deletion via Support at any time. Workspace owners may delete workspaces; members may leave them.
- By us: we may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, non-payment of future fees (if applicable), or to protect the Service, other users, or comply with law. Where practicable we will give notice and a chance to remedy.
- Effect: upon termination your right to use the Service ends; Content is handled per the Privacy Policy retention rules. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) do survive.
14. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE (INCLUDING MAIL HUB AND AI FEATURES)
IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED —
INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE AGAINST ALL
THREATS, OR THAT AI OUTPUT OR DOCUMENT EXTRACTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR SUPPLIERS/PARTNERS) ARE NOT LIABLE FOR
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE,
GOODWILL, OR DATA — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS
RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS
BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including
reasonable legal fees) arising from: your Content; your breach of these Terms; your violation of
law or others' rights; or your use of Mail Hub/AI features in violation of §7/§8.
17. Changes to these Terms or the Service
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 7 days before
taking effect (the "Effective" date above will change). Continued use after the effective date
constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and request deletion.
18. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is
established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts
of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your residence gives
you a different forum. Before formal action, contact us via Support — we commit to attempting
good-faith resolution within 30 days.
19. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: these Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement for the Service.
- Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver: failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale, with notice.
20. Contact
